  2. Constant support for change. AIMS focuses on a single behavior between sessions for consistent impact and growth. Unlimited texts, emails, and digital coaching are included.

The AIMS Cohort Model

All programs are delivered directly to five cohort leaders. Cohort leaders then cascade the programs to five of their colleagues or reports.

Enterprise Cohort Programs

  • Develop or clarify measurable strategic priorities determining custom program content and structure for maximum organizational impact.

  • Define new habits based on organizational assessments to accomplish the strategic priorities.

  • Integrate performance management with both habits and strategic priorities for full alignment.

Sector Cohort Programs

  • Workforce Engagement programming with impact is measured according to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

  • Grow and collaborate with leaders like you from the technology, government and library sectors.

  • Maximize your impact by cascading the program to five colleagues or reports in your organization.

Cohort Details

One Cohort Leader and up to five cohort members receive:

  • Daily habit-building reminders and digital coaching via mobile device or computer.

  • Dashboards and reporting that demonstrate impact at the cohort, program, and organization level.

  • Monthly Actions Guides help you message, measure and manage challenging change.

Cohort Leaders receive:

  • Live, focused, candid discussions for goal setting and accountability practice with fellow cohort leaders and coaching from NCXT.

  • Unlimited 1:1 live coaching with NCXT.

Your Investment

Priced to accommodate most learning and development budgets, costs are assigned to each cohort leader, and there are no additional costs for services provided to the cohort members they lead.

Enterprise programs include these costs, as well as instructional design, strategic planning and/or consulting costs, depending on the need.

AIMS Cohort Monthly

1 Leader and 5 Reports/Peers. This monthly subscription provides access for you and 5 of your peers or reports. Upon signing up, you will be placed in a cohort of 5 leaders like you and receive welcome materials to prepare you for your first session on the selected date.
