Together, we are collaborating through the Sustenance for Courage Program (SFC) to give local restaurants access to industry-leading guidance and a forum to share their real-time insights about what it takes to succeed in downtown Saint Paul.

Sustenance for Courage is developing a repeatable, data-driven approach to launching restaurants downtown based on the true-to-life experiences of restaurateurs.

This biweekly, six-session program brings together industry experts and restaurant owners to share their experiences and insights. 

We hope you’ll join us to:

  • When: Biweekly on Mondays from 2-4pm, beginning April 3rd

*no session on Memorial Day, rescheduled to Friday, June 2nd

  • Where: Visit Saint Paul Board room

  • Cost: Free for restaurant owners in Saint Paul, Minnesota
