All NCXT coaching data is anonymized and exchanged with the Action, Impact, and Measurement System (AIMS) to nest coaching impact within the larger organizational perspective.
Not all coachees are AIMS participants, and participation is not required for coaching. Some leaders engage coaching as a standalone service. Others integrate coaching directly with AIMS cohorts and organizational measurement.
