Digital Audit Criteria

Every restaurant deserves an objective assessment of their digital capabilties.

Saint Paul Restaurant Resiliency Project Staff uses the following criteria to determine where restaurants should focus their energy and where the City should focus it’s support.

Are the hours of operation accurate?
Can you easily locate the:
- Address, is it accurate and is there a link to the map?
- Email Address, Contact Us, or Newsletter Form (website only)
- Website address, is it accurate, does the link work?
- Phone number and are you pleasantly greeted when you call?
- Menu, is it up to date?
- Online ordering?
Are there at least three reviews or testimonials with minimum 3.5+ star ratings?
Are there photos and images of the restaurant and its brand?
Merch Five stars = 6+ factors
Four stars = 5 factors
Three stars= 4 factors
Two stars = 2-3 factors
One star = 1 factor
0 stars = 0 factors
Can you select:
- Memorabilia?
- Clothing?
- Bottled/packaged foods?
Can you easily locate the website address, is it accurate, does the link work?
Are there at least three reviews or testimonials with minimum 3.5+ star ratings?
